Dr. Palombo is a Family Physician with over a decade of clinical experience providing care of the elderly and palliative care in patients' homes. She is passionate about helping seniors age well in place at home. Dr. Palombo is an Associate Clinical Professor at McMaster University and TMU School of Medicine, where she acts as the Family Medicine Director of Sites and Wellness as well. She is also a lecturer at the University of Toronto where she enjoys teaching medical learners at all levels of training.

Dr. Niu is an Internist who completed her medical training at Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California, and her Internal Medicine residency and Geriatrics fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. She employs the 5M model (mentation, co-morbidities, medication, mobility and what matters the most) to provide comprehensive geriatric care that aligns with a patient's values and goals. She also enjoys providing education about healthy aging to her patients and their family members, and using non-pharmacologic tools to preserve and enhance their quality of life.
